Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of excelleadershipgroup.com and any other websites or social media pages owned or operated by Excel Leadership Group, LLC ("ELG," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted means you accept them.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, tools, and frameworks, is owned by or licensed to ELG and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes our proprietary leadership frameworks, such as the E4 Leadership System and our leadership execution system.

You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

2. Proprietary Materials

The tools, processes, strategies, and materials presented on the Sites are proprietary. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, teach, or train others using our materials without our express written permission. We will take legal action to protect our rights if these Terms are violated.

  1. Acceptable Use

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their systems; or

  • scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Sites by automated means.

  1. Submissions

We welcome your questions and comments. However, we do not accept unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials for our content, programs, or products. This avoids misunderstandings if our own work later resembles something you sent.

If you send us an unsolicited idea or material anyway, you agree that we have no obligation to keep it confidential or to compensate you, and that we may use it without restriction.

7. No Professional Advice

Content on the Sites is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals in financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other fields. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Leadership development outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal result. Any figures or examples on the Sites illustrate concepts only and are not typical or guaranteed results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELG and its owners, associates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to access the Sites. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELG and its owners and associates from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Sites.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Sites. By using the Sites, you acknowledge that policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through mediation in Georgia. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ELG about your use of the Sites.
